The integration of Tiriac Leasing into the BT Financial Group enters in a straight line

The integration of Tiriac Leasing into the Banca Transilvania Financial Group will be completed soon, and BT Leasing – Tiriac Leasing will become a single company, BT Leasing.

The merger will result in a company with more than 25,000 clients, a portfolio of 500 million euros and almost 250 employees.

Information for Tiriac Leasing customers - the future clients of BT Leasing:

• The conditions for the performance of contracts remain the same.
• The registration numbers will be kept until the end of the duration stipulated in the contract.
• Optional insurance remains unchanged in terms of insurance conditions and premiums.

The acquisition of Tiriac Leasing by the Banca Transilvania Financial Group took place in June this year, and since then – being the integration phase – BT Leasing and Tiriac Leasing operate separately, until the merger.
