The competition for BT scholarships to study at Transilvania Executive Education MBA starts

• The total value of the grants is €19,000

• So far, 220 people have graduated from this EMBA

Banca Transilvania and Transilvania Executive Education (TEE) announce the start of a new competition for two partial scholarships for the TEE Executive MBA - General Management, a 100% British program, accredited by the University of Buckingham. Their total value is €19,000. The media partner of the competition is again this year the publication Republica.ro.

BT awards two scholarships, the Roberto Marzanati Scholarships, each of them covering 50% of the tuition fee.

The Executive MBA course starts on February 8, 2025 and comprises 12 modules: Leadership, HR, Economics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations Management, Systems Thinking, Complexity, Business Governance and Ethics, Consulting and Digital Transformation. They are taught by professors from universities in Europe and the United States. They run every six weeks for 18 months. The degree is offered by Buckingham University.

Candidates must have at least three years' postgraduate professional experience in a management position and have advanced level English.

Calendar :

• November 1 - November 30, 2024: Enter the competition
• December 2 - December 12, 2024: Evaluation of candidates
• December 13: Scholarship winners announced on Transilvania Executive Education's website and social media channels.

To register for the competition you need the following: 

• Fill in the competition entry form, available at TEE websitewith: 
  • business plan, using the template in the application form;
  • An academic essay answering the question: how can executive education contribute to the transformation of Romanian business?
• CV in English and/or mention the link to your LinkedIn profile in the application email. It is recommended to include all professional, academic and social achievements in the CV.
• Two letters of recommendation, in English, from a business partner or employer.
• Send these documents to office@teecluj.ro by November 30 (inclusive).

Roberto Marzanati (1950-2016) served on the Board of Directors of Banca Transilvania for 15 years, since 2001. As a mark of respect for his contribution to BT's success, the scholarships offered by Banca Transilvania in EMBA programs bear his name.
