BT Capital Partners, the brokerage company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group and the largest retail broker in Romania, takes over the investment banking activity of Capital Partners, the most important independent Romanian consulting firm in the field of M&A and Corporate Finance. The transaction consists in taking over the brand and the Capital Partners team, and in the new formula, after completing the legal steps, BT Securities will become BT Capital Partners. Banca Transilvania Financial Group estimates that the transaction will be completed at the end of March this year.

BT Capital Partners will provide companies with assistance for listing on the capital market and attracting investors, brokerage services, consultancy for mergers and acquisitions, financing and structuring of complex financing schemes, market research and strategic management consulting.
