- Banking with style at the White House
The headquarters of BT Private Banking is at the highest standards through the modernizations brought. Banca Transilvania kept the initial architectural style of the building, as well as all the original elements: portions of terrazzo pavement; wrought iron decorations and grids with stylized geometrical motifs, windows and doors. Also, the bank kept the White House brand due to its local notoriety. His new visual identity suggests "banking with style".
- The White House, almost 100 years of history
The story of the location where the White House is now located began almost 100 years ago, when Mozes Farkas, a famous lawyer and entrepreneur of the time, bought a plot of land in an elitist area, on which a house was built for his family. The owner of the house was also one of the representatives of the economic elite of Cluj and of the Jewish community in the area, associated at the Renner & Co Brothers Leather and Footwear Factory, founded in 1911, as well as its manager. The factory becomes Dermata, and later, the well-known Clujana. In 1950, his residence was nationalized, then it was transformed into a restaurant-café, and later it was a luxury hotel – the White House.
