Banca Transilvania (BVB: TLV) obtained the maximum VEKTOR rating for the communication with investors in 2025, as a stock issuer, following the assessment carried out by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR).

The rating obtained by the bank, as a bond issuer, is also the highest (10/10) in 2025 ARIR's first assessment regarding the communication with investors from this category of financial instruments.

VEKTOR is the indicator that measures the quality of communication with investors for companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Based on a specific methodology, it analyzes the level of transparency, accessibility of information, and proactivity in relation to the capital market.

Consistency in communication

This is the seventh consecutive year that Banca Transilvania has achieved the highest rating for its communication with investors, thus reflecting the bank’s commitment to providing a predictable framework, a quick access to relevant information, and a communication aligned with the best practices on the capital market.

BT's communication ecosystem is built around the Investor Relations platform, which includes financial information, presentations, reports, details on BT's strategy, news, and other resources necessary and useful for investment analysis.

Constant dialogue with investors, shareholders, and analysts

By organizing General Shareholders Meetings, quarterly video conferences to present the related financial results, the annual Investor Day event, participating at international roadshows as well as holding individual meetings with institutional investors and analysts, all these elements support the bank's communication with its investors.

Banca Transilvania Financial Group also participates in international financial, economic, and capital market events, the most recent one being the CEE Forum, organized by Financial Times Live in Vienna in January 2026.

Recognition in reference categories for the capital market

2025 was the year in which Banca Transilvania received the highest number of awards for its investor relations and communication activity. The most recent ones were received at the ARIR Gala, following the votes obtained from institutional investors and from the jury. BT was recognized in key capital market categories, such as: Best Investor Relations Program, Best ESG Performance & Communication, Best IR Website, Best IR Event and Best Annual Report.

A magnetic brand

At the end of 2025, Banca Transilvania had over 72,000 shareholders. The average rate of nearly 500 new investors per month reflects BT's magnetism, supported by the bank's solid financial performance, reputation, and resilience, as well as confidence in its evolution as a leader in the banking sector both in Romania and Southeast Europe and a key player in the capital market.
