BT implements three EU co-funded projects to support vocational education and training

Banca Transilvania is implementing three new projects co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), part of the Education and Employment Program 2021-2027 (PEO), aiming to support young people acquire the skills needed for the labor market and to contribute to the increase of accessibility and quality of vocational and technical education in Romania.
- "Internship and training for valuable professionals", MySMIS Code 311074, dedicated to students from vocational and technical schools, who will benefit from internship and mentoring programs to develop the skills needed in their future career. The objective of the project is to increase the relevance of the vocational training of 268 students by organizing 444 internships with employers. The total budget of the project surpasses RON 4 million (RON 2.451.935,40), of which the support amount is over RON 2.3 million (RON 2.341.464,36). Partner in this project is "Costin C. Kirițescu" Economic College.
- "Good experiences keep us together", MySMIS Code 311108, whose overall objective is to increase the relevance of vocational training of 400 students, by organizing 400 internships, in order to improve their professional skills and adaptability to the dynamics of the labor market. The total budget of the project amounts to more than RON 4.9 million (RON 4.927.283,60), of which the financial support amount is more than RON 4.8 million (RON 4.680.917,62).
- "From the bank to the Bank - First steps to discover your career", MySMIS Code 311736, facilitates the transition of students from the educational system to the labour market and aims to improve the quality of professional training through participation in internships organized by BT, with the objective of increasing the relevance of professional training of 400 students by organizing 400 internships. The total budget of the project is RON 4.929.602,00, of which the financial support amount is RON 4.683.120,20.
1.068 pupils and students will have the opportunity to do an internship at Banca Transilvania. The total value of the projects i more than RON 12 million (RON 12,308,821), with the EU support amounting to more than RON 11 million (RON 11,705,502.18). The projects are aligned with the European Union's priorities on the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights, which aims to boost equity and inclusiveness. In addition, they aim to improve the quality and relevance of education for the labor market, promote digital and entrepreneurial skills, and integrate dual training programs.
