BT Capital Partners, the investment banking division of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group and exclusive member of Oaklins in Romania, was the exclusive M&A advisor to the travel agency Paralela 45 in attracting the strategic investor Rainbow Tours, one of the largest travel agencies in Poland.

The Preliminary Procurement Agreement was finalized on May 15, 2025, with the final documents to be signed in late June 2025.

Paralela 45 aims to increase its market share in the coming years by capitalizing on the infusion of know-how and capital from abroad.
