BT Capital Partners (BTCP), together with Oaklins Baltics, acted as the M&A advisor in a cross-border transaction in the technology sector in Central and Eastern Europe: Digmatix (Latvia), one of the largest providers of Microsoft Business Applications solutions in the region, acquired Elian Solutions, as well as its subsidiary Elian Development Systems, based in Romania.

Through this acquisition, Digmatix expands its operations in Romania and strengthens its position as a regional leader in the implementation and development of Microsoft Business Applications solutions, connecting expertise from the Baltic region with that of Central and Eastern Europe.
