Banca Transilvania introduces new and free facilities to payment machines: cash deposit (lei, euro or dollars) in its own account opened with BT and currency exchange. The new digital options make it easier for customers to access two of the main banking operations.

Details:

• Currency exchange can be done in two ways:

                    - By depositing in the payment machine the cash currency and changing it to another currency for depositing in the own account opened with BT

                        - From BT account to another BT personal account, opened in another currency

• Due to the new facilities, the time allocated to the main banking transactions decreases significantly, and the self-service interaction with the bank is simpler.
• Payment machines were until now intended exclusively for the payment of invoices. Over 8.2 million bills were paid in 2016 through them.
• Banca Transilvania has almost 550 payment machines in each of its offices.
• In addition to the payment machines, BT has over 70 multifunctional terminals – BT Express – with which customers can perform real-time banking operations. 
• Banca Transilvania provides 6 alternative methods of payment of invoices, namely: payment machine, BT24 Invoices, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Direct Debit and ATMs.
