Banca Transilvania and CallVU, partnership for new digital experiences for customers

Banca Transilvania, the largest bank in Romania, and CallVU, a company that offers innovative omni-channel solutions, announce the beginning of a partnership through which BT offers its customers a new digital experience, through self-banking on the mobile phone.
Thanks to this collaboration, Banca Transilvania launches BT Visual Help, an option through which individual customers can easily manage, non-stop and free of charge, by phone, the cards. Through BT Visual Help, individual customers can temporarily or permanently block their card, request the reissue of a card after it is permanently blocked, and change the card transaction limits. The launch takes place after a testing period, in which the facility is already successful: over 10,000 customers of the bank turned to BT Visual Help within two months.

CallVU offers an omnichannel platform through which customers who call the Call Center team are guided to the digital self-service area to perform some specific actions with the help of the phone. It helps to contact the people in the Call Center team, as well as to fill out forms and send documents, thus facilitating real-time communication through digital collaboration.
BT Visual Help, banking without coming to the bank
In order to access BT Visual Help, Customers of Banca Transilvania must call the phone number 0264 30 80 28, follow the steps indicated by the registered message, and then access the link they receive via SMS.
BT Visual Help will soon offer other facilities for both individual customers and entrepreneurs.
