Banca Transilvania received the title Best Bank in Romania from Euromoney for its results in 2019. Profitability, balanced growth and BT's solid base were among the indicators appreciated by Euromoney.

Banca Transilvania recorded positive results in 2019, another year in which it made a strong contribution to the economy with 223,000 loans to companies and individuals. Companies were financed with over RON 10.5 billion, as the bank supported their development, economic growth and job creation in areas such as manufacturing, trade, IT, medical, agriculture and construction. More than 9,600 Romanians have taken their homes with the help of Banca Transilvania.

This is the fourth time BT has received this title, after 2017, 2016 and 2004.
