BT programme on 6 and 7 January

On 6 and 7 January we have a special programme and you can find us in the shopping centres between 12:00 and 18:00. The opening hours are also adapted to their timetable and our recommendation is to check it before you visit us.

To save time, you can book online and we will wait for you in the time slot of your choice.

• Card issuance, card reissue, pin reset, payment refusal, card transaction limit change, card lock, BT24 and NEO activation/modification, SMS Alert
• Scoring and documentation retrieval for credits
• Collection of debit instruments for settlement purposes
• Bank statements

Don't forget that you can also make transactions at BT Express Plus ATMs:

• Check your account balance
• You pay bills
• Deposit | withdraw cash

• You activate your card and manage your PIN
