BT Program | 1, 8 & 9 June

BT offices will operate a special program on June 1st, 8th and 9th.
If you need us, you can find us in BT branches in shopping centers between 12:00 and 18:00.
The schedule is adapted according to the shopping centers' opening hours, so we recommend you to check it before visiting us. To save time and to have priority, you can book online and we will be waiting for you at the time of your choice.
What you can do:
- Card issuance, card reissue, PIN reset, declined payment, change card transaction limits, card blocking, BT24 and NEO activation/modification, SMS Alert
- Scoring and documentation retrieval for credits
- Collection of debit instruments for settlement purposes
- Bank statements
Don't forget that you can also make transactions at BT Express Plus ATMs:
- Check your account balance
- Deposit | withdraw cash
- Exchange currency
- You activate your card and manage your PIN
