OTP Bank customers can use Banca Transilvania cards - which will replace OTP cards - from Sunday, March 2, 7.00 a.m.

People who were not able to collect their card from Banca Transilvania can use the digital version of their debit card through the BT Pay application, also from March 2, 7.00 a.m.

Recommendations for using the BT card :

• Activate the card at any ATM of Banca Transilvania;
• Download the BT Pay app from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

To pick up your card from BT, OTP Bank customers - who have become customers of Banca Transilvania - can find out online which unit is waiting for your card.
