BT and BT Capital Partners, capital market performers in 2020

Two of Banca Transilvania Financial Group's companies were awarded today by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) for their performance on the capital market in 2020:

🔹 Banca Transilvania, the most traded stock on the main market of the BVB in 2020;

🔹 BT Capital Partners, 2020 Bond Participant of the Year.

The bank was represented by Mihaela Nadasan, Deputy General Manager Financial Institutions and Capital Markets, and BT Capital Partners by Daniela Secara, General Manager.

The BVB awarded a total of 16 prizes to the best performing listed companies, brokerage firms, pension funds and investment funds.

Banca Transilvania is the first banking institution in Romania to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (1997). In 2020, BT contributed to Romania's qualification as an emerging market, from frontier market and joined the FTSE Global Equities Index Series. Also last year he contributed to the emergence of a new occupation in Romania, Investor Relations Specialist/Director, included by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in the Romanian Occupational Classification.

BT has almost 70% Romanian capital and over 34,000 direct individual shareholders.
