Two awards for BT

Banca Transilvania was awarded two awards at the Business Review Awards Gala, organized by the Business Review publication on 6 March in Bucharest. The event brought to the stage companies, leaders and entrepreneurs who have shown direction, initiative and achieved outstanding results in different areas of their business.

The BT awards and criteria are as follows:

• Employer of the Year - Working Romania Champion

For human resources strategy, viewed from the perspective of employee development as well as non-financial benefits and wellbeing programs.

• Sustainability Project of the Year: Governance

For efforts towards sustainability and sustainable business development from a corporate governance perspective. The awards were awarded by a jury of business leaders, entrepreneurs and journalists.

What I have learned in my 20 years at Banca Transilvania is that we all need affection, someone who cares about us. We need to be seen, listened to, protected, supported. These is what our colleagues need. And if we show them that we care, they will return back exactly the same feeling.
