Banca Transilvania supports the initiative Creative Neighbourhoodlaunched by The Institute and the Creative Quarter Association in June this year to revitalise five areas in Bucharest:
- Amzei
- Palace Hall - Brezoianu Street - Regina Elisabeta Boulevard
- Buzești - Berzei Street - General H.M. Berthelot Street
- Grivița - Str. Știrbei Vodă - Str. General H.M. Berthelot - Str. Luterană
- Revolution Square - Calea Victoriei - Regina Elisabeta Boulevard
All these areas will become new cultural destinations for a few months by boosting creative industries, organisations and initiatives such as exhibitions, workshops, workshops and fairs.
"Community involvement has always been at the core of BT's strategy, along with attention to the needs of entrepreneurs. The partnership with The Institute reinforces our involvement in the creative community, with Amzei Square being the latest urban revitalization project of such a versatile space in the centre of Bucharest. The programmes and actions that will populate Amzei Square are designed to give back to the citizens of Bucharest one of the most emblematic spaces of public utility in the city, being at the same time a platform where the creative industries are invited to contribute and get involved", Sergiu Mircea, Executive Director Marketing and Communication, Banca Transilvania.
