February 28: Publication of preliminary financial results (annual, 2024)
March 4: BT videoconference - shareholders. Presentation of preliminary 2024 financial results
April 28: General Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Transilvania (First convocation)
April 29
- General Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Transilvania (Second convocation)
- Publication of individual and consolidated annual financial results approved by the AGM
May 14: Publication of financial results (1st quarter)
May 15: BT videoconference - shareholders. Presentation of financial results (Q1)
August 26: Publication of financial results (1st semester)
August 27: BT videoconference - shareholders. Presentation of financial results (1st semester)
November 10: Publication of financial results (3rd quarter)
November 11: BT videoconference - shareholders. Presentation of financial results (Q3)
