Banca Transilvania will have offices in the Green Court A building, in the Floreasca - Barbu Văcărescu area of Bucharest, starting in 2024. Green Court A is a LEED Gold certified premium office building.

The lease agreement is between Globalworth, the market leader in Romania, and Banca Transilvania. It represents one of the largest office lease transactions in Romania this year.

The BT offices will be on floors six to eleven, amounting to 10,000 square metres.

Banca Transilvania employs more than 2,100 people in Bucharest, of which about 1,200 are part of the Head Office team (which is in Cluj-Napoca), working from Băneasa, Olympus and Hermes. BT also has over 80 branches and agencies in the capital, as well as Stup, dedicated to supporting the entrepreneurial community.
