The analysis conducted in Romania was based on online interviews with over 3,800 respondents.

What Romanian employees want in 2024

The results of this year's research show that among the trends and preferences in employee dynamics from year to year, the constant that makes the difference in the organisation-workforce relationship remains the same: employer brand. We are still, in Romania, at the stage of refining strategies dedicated to this area, for most companies, and we are happy to note that we are increasingly involved in their elaboration, which allows us to contribute to truly meaningful matches between talent and employers. In Romania, the main factors influencing job choice are: attractive salary package, workplace atmosphere, job stability and fairness. While in 2023 the keywords of the year were inclusiveness and diversity, in 2024 equity and artificial intelligence have been added.
