BT - Bank of the Year and Ömer Tetik - Banker of the Year

Banca Transilvania received four awards at the Mastercard - Bank of the Year Gala:

• Bank of the Year - for results achieved in 2022;

  
  

• Banker of the Year - for Ӧmer Tetik director general;

  
  

• The best loyalty programme of a financial institution - for the STAR, with more than 22,000 partner locations where customers with BT shopping cards can purchase in interest-free instalments or receive STAR points for purchases made. BT customers who don't have a shopping card can easily get one in minutes from the BT Pay app. They can pay immediately with their phone or online, with all their card details in the app, and manage and administer it all through the app.

  
  

• Best digital onboarding workflow.

The awards were decided following the results of a competition organised by Mastercard and the publication wall-street.ro, together with a jury of business and academic representatives.
