Banca Transilvania ranks first in the Top 50 Employers on Bestjobs, according to the evaluation conducted by bestjobs.ro, one of the largest recruitment platforms in Romania.

The study reflects the opinions of current and former employees of companies in 2024. The resulting rankings highlight those brands and institutions that excel in organizational culture, growth opportunities and employee satisfaction.

Banca Transilvania currently employs over 10,500 people, with an average age of 38. Approximately 50% of BT's female employees are mothers with children up to the age of 18.
