Banca Transilvania finances Holde Agri Invest

Holde Agri Invest, one of the largest local players in the Romanian agricultural sector, takes a syndicated loan from Banca Transilvania and OTP Bank Romania, for 30.5 million lei and 26.7 million euro. BT is arranger of the syndicated loan and financier.

The loan is for working capital and the purchase of equipment, agricultural machinery, farms, etc.
