Banca Transilvania, a new dimension

To its success – acquisition, the integration of Volksbank Romania into the structure of Transilvania Bank and the merger by absorption – contributed over 600 people from both banks, of which about 100 had permanent responsibilities in key areas. Some of them were on the barricades, in Cluj and Bucharest, including on the night between the years and in the first days of 2016, for the successful realization of the merger between the two banks.
