The integration of Idea::Bank into Banca Transilvania Group is on track

What customers need to know Idea::Bank about the period 10 – 14 June

The integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Financial Group has entered the final stage, so that by Monday, June 13th.c., the assignment to Banca Transilvania of a part of the contracts concluded between Idea::Bank and its clients will be completed.

What does the next period mean for Idea::Bank clients who will work with BT:

• June 10 a.c. is the last day when I can make operations through Idea::Bank and in which can be used idea cards::Bank (until 17 o'clock) and application Idea::myBank (until 13 o'clock).
• In 11 – 13 June a.c. can not do any operation through Idea::Bank because the transfer of customer data takes place Idea::Bank to BT.
• Starting with June 14th .c., Idea::Bank divested clients become clients of Transilvania Bank.  

Idea::Bank customers transferred to BT will have a new IBAN for the account. The ways it can be found out are also presented on the idea client page on the BT website, namely: BT branches and agencies, Call Center, BT Pay, BT Visual Help and NeoBT. For companies, it can be generated online, on the website of Banca Transilvania.
