Banca Transilvania expands the BT Pay ecosystem by including BT Pensii among the companies whose services can be accessed in the app, alongside the bank, BT Asset Management and BT Direct.
From now on, people who want to save through optional pension funds (Pillar 3) - Pensia Mea and Pensia Mea Plus, managed by BT Pensii - can also do so through BT Pay. The new functionality is available in the app/Investments menu.
What the new BT Pay functionality means for Banca Transilvania’s clients:
- Easy start to saving: clients can join Pensia Mea and/or Pensia Mea Plus 100% online in less than two minutes.
- Easy money management: the monthly contribution is set directly from the app as a recurring payment. The money will be automatically transferred from the current account opened with Banca Transilvania, on the day chosen by the client. The minimum contribution is RON 60/month for Pensia Mea and RON 50/month for Pensia Mea Plus, and the monthly contribution can be changed at any time, from BT Pay, as well.
- Access to information about contributions: total accumulated amount, history of your contributions, investment return and number of held fund units.
The amount accumulated in the Pensia Mea and/or Pensia Mea Plus fund adds up to your state pension and mandatory private pension as a way of supplementing your income.
BT Pensii is the only Romanian company on the optional pensions market. With over 175,000 participants, it is one of the largest voluntary pension administrators in Romania.
