BT Green financing of €10 million for the expansion of Quartier Azuga in Bucharest

Banca Transilvania is financing STC Partners with €10 million to expand the Quartier Azuga residential complex in Bucharest, in the Tei area, with more than 100 apartments. The first phase of the project was also financially supported by BT with €6 million in January this year.

The standards offered by Quartier Azuga are based on modern living conditions and environmental responsibility, resulting in higher living standards, significant savings on utility costs and a reduced carbon footprint.

The entire Quartier Azuga project will be completed in the second half of next year.
