How can Bancpost customers find out where they can retrieve their BT card

Bancpost customers have four ways to find out where they can retrieve the BT card from, namely:
- Calling one of the Call Center teams of the two banks:
- BT: 0800 800 881; +040 264 30 80 50; btbancpost@btrl.ro;
- Bancpost: 0800 110 200 or 021 30 20 789, infocenter@bancpost.ro – contacts valid until January 2, 2019, inclusive.
- Sending an SMS with the text CARD to the number 1834;
- From the headquarters of Banca Transilvania;
- From the information received by post, at home.
BT cards for Bancpost customers started to be distributed at the beginning of October this year to the almost 500 offices of Banca Transilvania, to some of Bancpost's units, respectively by express courier.
BT cards can be used by Bancpost customers from January 3, 2019:
- Once you take possession of the BT card, it must be activated at The Transilvania Bank's ATMs with the help of the code received by SMS.
- Bancpost cards can be used until January 1, 2019.

The integration of Bancpost in Banca Transilvania is ongoing, and by the end of the year the activity of the two banks is separate. The merger of BT – Bancpost will take place on December 31, 2018.
