Those who prefer mobile banking have new options on BT24

Starting today, BT24 Mobile Banking has new options: quickly accessing the transaction history and details of BT accounts, respectively the possibility of customizing the background. All this means a step forward regarding the customer experience when banking on the phone.
The steps for accessing the transaction history and details of the BT accounts are as follows: Home → Access account → Transaction history & Account details, and to customize the background: Menu → Change theme.
Details about BT24 Mobile Banking:
- Authentication on BT24 Mobile Banking can be done including with your fingerprint.
- Through BT24, customers can lock their BT card themselves in case of loss of it. It also allows resetting the PIN of the card.
- Invoices can be paid through BT24 including by scanning the barcode.
- Through BT24 it is possible to recharge the phone cards and purchase the vignette.
- Unique facilities on the market through BT24: the possibility to transfer money to a phone number or an email address, but also the online management of the portfolio of fund units.
- Over 330 thousand customers have BT24 Mobile Banking, +75% compared to the same period in 2016.
