BT Securities becomes BT Capital Partners

BT Securities (BTS), the brokerage company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group and the largest retail broker in Romania, becomes BT Capital Partners. The rebranding marks the successful completion of the transaction between BTS and Capital Partners. In the same context, BT Capital Partners takes over the role of exclusive member in Romania of M&A International, one of the largest global alliances of independent M&A firms.

Through a transaction that took place in March this year, BT Securities acquired the investment banking business of Capital Partners, the largest independent Romanian M&A and corporate finance advisory firm.
