BT Securities becomes BT Capital Partners

BT Securities (BTS), the brokerage firm of the Banca Transilvania Financial Group and Romania’s largest retail broker, is rebrandingas BT Capital Partners. The rebrandingmarks the successful completion of the transaction between BTS and Capital Partners. In the same context, BT Capital Partners assumes the role of the exclusive member in Romania of M&A International, one of the world’s largest alliances of independent firms in the mergers and acquisitions sector.

 

Through a transaction that took place in March this year, BT Securities acquired the investment banking business of Capital Partners, the largest independent Romanian M&A and corporate finance advisory firm.

Part of the largest Romanian-owned financial group, BT Capital Partners offers local companies with investment potential a full range of specialized services: mergers and acquisitions or stock exchange listing advisory, brokerage, structuring of complex financing schemes and strategic management advice in its two operational centers in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest.

Starting this week, BT Capital Partners has a new Head Office, at 74-76 Constantin Brancusi Street, Brancusi Business Center building, in Cluj-Napoca. In Bucharest, the BT Capital Partners branch is now located on bd. Ion Ionescu de la Brad nr. 1A, et. 4, Baneasa Airport Tower, sector 1.
