Banca Transilvania will have its own technology company, Code Crafters, through which it increases its capacity to develop IT solutions.

The company's activity begins in April a.c., with the team made up of people with solid experience both in technology and outsourcing companies, as well as in banking. The structure of Code Crafters is similar to the profile companies, centered on small, autonomous teams, passionate about technology and innovation.

With Code Crafters, we are taking a big step in the direction in which we produce the solutions we need, but also as a mindset, organization and digital culture", says Ömer Tetik, General Manager, Banca Transilvania.
