Banca Transilvania will grant loans of 700 million lei through the Noua Casa program

Banca Transilvania has started granting loans through the Noua Casa program. BT has also launched an online guide for customers on the steps required to purchase a home, Hai acasa. Your home, in support of responsible choices.
The New House replaces the First House and, with its new features, the program has a much wider reach. The main novelty is the possibility to purchase a home of a higher value, which satisfies the need for space and offers customers greater comfort, trends also noted by BT among the preferences and requirements of customers, especially this year. Also, the maximum amount that can be borrowed has increased to 119,000 euros. As for the minimum down payment required, it is between 5 and 15%, differentiated according to the type of home.
New house through New House:
- Old and new houses can be purchased if the purchase value does not exceed 70.000 euro (RON equivalent): the maximum amount of the financing must be 66.500 euro (RON equivalent) and the minimum down payment required is 5%;
- New homes can be purchased if the purchase value is equal to or greater than 70,001 euro (RON equivalent): the maximum financing amount for these properties must be 119,000 euro (RON equivalent) and the minimum down payment required is 15%.
Credit simulation:
- New House Loan of 200.000 lei, for 360 months, with 4,41% interest (IRCC+2%)
- APR: 4.71%; Rate: 1,002.70 lei
- The total amount to be paid, which includes the management fee due to FNGCIMM, is 368,489.98 lei.
In the first 8 months of this year, more than 5,300 people bought their homes with the help of the previous program, Prima Casa, through Banca Transilvania.
