Banca Transilvania launches BT Pay Sticker

● The BT Pay collection includes the bracelet, watch and contactless sticker ●

Banca Transilvania, the leader of the card market, launches the BT Pay Sticker,a premiere in Romania. Any object on which the sticker is affixed thus becomes a means of paying for purchases at merchants.

The sticker, the Bracelet and the BT watch are the contactless payment accessories from the BT Pay Collection,a collection that the bank's customers have at their disposal for shopping in the country and abroad.

"With the launch of the BT Pay Sticker, we continue to offer practical, fast and modern payment alternatives. We trust that it will be an appreciated accessory, amid the increasing appetite for the BT Pay collection, as well as the number of contactless payments. Approximately 20% of the payments with BT cards are contactless, which means an increase of over 450% in 2017 compared to 2016." - says Oana Ilas, Coordinating Director, Retail Products Development and Management Department, Banca Transilvania.

Details about the BT Pay Sticker:

• It is applied on a uniform surface, such as the phone or the purse.
• The issuance is 30 lei, the administration is 15 lei / year, and the commission is zero for purchases made at merchants in Romania and abroad.
• If the amount paid is up to 100 lei or equivalent, the PIN is not required.
• Transilvania Bank's clients can order their sticker online by coming to any of the BT offices, and will take possession of it in about five days.
• A complementary service to the sticker is SMS Alert,with which you receive on the phone information about the transactions made with the sticker or other payment instruments with access to the current account. The SMS Alert subscription can be requested through BT24 Internet Banking, by phone (Call Center: 0264.30.80.28) or at any of the BT offices.
• People who are not BT customers, but want such a sticker, it is necessary to open a current account at Banca Transilvania first, and this can be done even online.
