Banca Transilvania, 3 awards at the HR Excellence Awards Gala

Banca Transilvania was triple awarded at the Human Resources Excellence Awards Gala, organized by HR Club Romania, on April 27th, in Bucharest, at the JW Marriott Grand Hotel.

The event, now at its 11th edition, is one of the most prestigious events dedicated to the HR field, which awards year by year excellence in human resources and people management.

The titles obtained by BT are the following:

• Special Award for the prevention program "Screening saves lives", run by BT together with the Regina Maria Health Network. Started in 2017, it is the largest cancer prevention program carried out in a company, in Romania;
• Award for the CEO – HR Manager team of the year for large-scale projects with major impact, carried out in 2018;
• Generation Z Special Award – for BT Con(vention), an event launched by BT in 2018 and dedicated to its team. "The organization in which we would like to work is Banca Transilvania"– said last night the four high school students from Tudor Vianu High School in Bucharest who formed the jury of Generation Z.

Banca Transilvania was represented at the gala by Nevenca Doca – Human Resources Executive Director, Mariana Comsa – Deputy Human Resources Director, Andreea Talpos – Head of BT Academy Service and Codruta Gaspor – Head of Human Resources Projects Management Service.

In the competition for the HR awards were registered almost 50 projects, and the jury was made up of general managers of companies and human resources directors.

HR Club Romania, the organizer of this competition, is the association of human resources professionals. It has almost 500 members from over 300 organizations in the main industries in the country. Established in 2004, the mission of the association is to encourage the development of human resources by supporting and promoting the best practices in the field.
