Whether you're out of the country to study, work or just on holiday with loved ones, a little part of BT comes with you wherever you are, so that when you want to bank, we're there for you 😊.
For example, wherever in the world you are, you have the BT Pay. It's our app that you can download for free in just a few seconds from Google Play or App Store and you can send money anytime to someone close to you. Moreover you can pay quickly and safely with your phone at any contactless POS, and when you want to move your money from one card to another you can do it directly from the app.
To find out various information about your accounts and cards the only condition is to have internet because with a single message on Facebook sent to the chatbot Livia from BT you can find out the details you need. Regardless of the time zone that separates us, we are with you 24 hours a day with information about IBAN, accounts, cards, loans, garnishments and exchange rate.
If on the other hand you need some banking details for your company, you can rest assured because the chatbot BT's evil only turns into your own financial assistant and can provide you with information in no time. From cheques, to promissory notes, details of grant programmes, cards, accounts or loans, there's no financial item that Raul can't provide you with in less than a few moments.
Our chatbot team also includes Inothe robot that helps you to update your personal data even if you are away, and when you arrive in Romania you don't have time to go to the bank.
Among our remote banking options you can find BT Visual Help, a platform where you have access to your transaction history, account statements, IBANs, your BT customer code or as we call it, your CIF and many other options, for example you can even request a payment refusal.
If you already call "home" in another country like Italy, Spain, UK, Germany or even America, it's good to know that we miss you. And because missing can take many forms, we have chosen to move online so that our relationship with the bank is more convenient and useful. So another option for "bearer" banking is Internet & Mobile Banking apps, BT24 and Neo through which you can do almost all banking operations at any time just like in Romania.
Concretely, what you can do through remote banking options is to:
- open a 100% online account;
- view your balance and transactions;
- get your bank statement;
- change the transaction limits for your BT cards at any time;
- you block the heat temporarily or permanently;
- you request the reissue of your BT card;
- authorize payments via BT Pay;
- make payments or transfers to your cards and accounts or to other people with accounts at other banks in Romania or even in other countries;
- update your personal data online;
- access information about your loans, deposits and savings accounts.
Wherever you are, a small part of BT is there for you, and when you need consultation, assistance or further information our colleagues at Call Centre are ready to provide them to you at the phone number dedicated to Romanians abroad: +40264 303 003.
