Banca Transilvania starts the registration for the paid internship programme The first step towards a successful career, in 11 university centres. This programme is dedicated to students and master's students following the economic and IT profile.
The overall objective of the project is to increase the employability of 240 students from the North-West, West, Centre, North-East, South-East, South-West Oltenia and South-Muntenia regions through participation in workplace learning programmes. The project aims to maintain the students' attention and willingness to get involved, so the practical training internships come to their aid, as well as to the employers' in order to achieve a long-lasting and efficient collaboration.
Take the first step towards a successful career is a program funded by POCU 2014-2020, MYSMIS Code 109166, Priority Axis 6, Investment Priority 10.iv, Specific Objective 6.13, 6.14 in partnership with Clubul Intreprenzatore Roman. The total value of the project is 2.132.762,31 lei and the value of the EU co-financing is 1.826.183,36 lei. It takes place in Arad, Bacau, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Constanta, Iasi, Oradea, Targoviste, Timisoara and Sibiu, from 7 June 2018 to 6 June 2020.
Details about the next internship, organized in November-December this year at BT, for students and master students in economics:
- They will have the opportunity to learn banking - theory and practice - from Banca Transilvania's team, in the branches, agencies or at the BT Head Office.
- Internship duration: 3 weeks.
- Those wishing to apply are required to send their CV to internship@btrl.ro by 31 October this year, inclusive.
- The selection interview will take place at Banca Transilvania, in the first part of November this year.
The concrete solutions proposed in this project are: development of partnerships between employers and universities, dissemination of good practices and information, counselling and guidance for increasing the employment of at least 240 students.
In July-September this year, 15 students had the opportunity to follow an internship at Banca Transilvania, within the IT and Digital Transformation departments, as part of the program "Take the first step towards a successful career".
