Start enrolment in Transilvania Executive Education MBA program

Enrolment has begun for the Transilvania Executive Education MBA (TEE MBA), accredited by Buckingham University, for courses starting in February 2025.

The 100% British MBA programme, organised in Cluj-Napoca and taught by more than 40 international professors, was launched ten years ago through a partnership between the university and the business world, out of a desire to open up educational opportunities in Romania offered to international standards. One of the founders of the MBA is Banca Transilvania, which supports international executive education for business. The bank is also one of the companies offering the annual BT Roberto Marzanati Merit Scholarships. For the next generation TEE MBA, the scholarship competition will be launched in October. Details of the scholarships announced in 2023, here. 15% of the trainees have benefited over the years from scholarships offered by BT, Evergent Investment and Electrogrup.

Details about Transilvania Executive Education MBA:

• The MBA takes place over two years.
• The courses are structured in 13 modules taught in Cluj-Napoca and one of them in the UK at Buckingham University.
• In addition to MBA-specific topics, the programme also includes modules on systems thinking, digital innovation, business governance and ethics, business consulting and entrepreneurship.
• The EMBA 2025 group has 20 places.
• The tuition fee for the entire programme is €19,000 and can be paid in 4 instalments over the two years of study. Discounts and scholarships are also available and details are given on the TEE Executive MBA website.
  
  

TEE MBA application and admission requirements:

• minimum three years postgraduate professional experience in an executive role;
• English at a minimum B2 level.

Applicants can apply by sending to office@teecluj.ro by 31 December 2024: CV in English; English language certificate/diploma proving English language studies/certificate from employer if the candidate works or has worked in a British or American company for more than 5 years; two professional references; degree (bachelor/master) translated into English. Candidates will then be contacted for an interview.

The Transilvania Executive Education MBA alumni community includes more than 200 graduates, the average age is 35 and the average years of experience in a management position is more than 10 years. Alumni are mostly middle and top management people from more than 60 companies in industries such as IT, automotive, banking, medicine, retail, marketing, manufacturing, green energy, etc. 60% of MBA graduates have been promoted within less than one year of graduation.
