December 24 – You can find us until 4 p.m. in all our locations.

December 25 – We open presents with our loved ones. Merry Christmas to all!

December 26 – Between 12:00 and 18:00, only stores in shopping centers are open.

December 27-28 – We have normal working hours in all BT units in shopping centers.

December 29-30 – We have normal working hours in all BT units.

December 31 - You can find us until 16:00 in all establishments.

January 1 – We are enjoying a new beginning, and all agencies will be closed.

January 2 – Between 12:00 and 18:00, you can find us in our stores in shopping centers. 

January 3-4 – We have normal working hours in all BT units in shopping centers.

January 5 – We have normal working hours in all BT units.

January 6-7 – Between 12:00 and 18:00, you can find us in our units in shopping centers.

The schedule is adapted to the shopping centers' opening hours, so we recommend that you check it before visiting us. To save time and get priority, you can schedule online, and we will be waiting for you at the time you choose.

Operations available on December 26, 2025, January 2, and January 6-7, 2026. – all operations except: cash deposits and withdrawals; currency transfers and exchanges; deposit creation and closure; garnishment management and garnished accounts.
