Banca Transilvania will integrate Code Crafters in the second quarter of 2026 to strengthen the bank's technology area.

Code Crafters, the technology company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, was established in 2022 to increase IT solution development capacity. The team currently brings together nearly 300 specialists with solid experience in technology and financial services.

The integration of Code Crafters into Banca Transilvania's IT team is a natural step in consolidating a unified tech department that delivers end-to-end solutions with a direct impact on productivity and operational efficiency.

Current activities, with all their components (business and recruitment for vacant positions), will continue as planned.

The decision supports BT's plans to develop and deliver high-performance IT solutions for the entire Banca Transilvania Financial Group, with the aim of creating scalable and secure applications. Banca Transilvania estimates a steady increase in demand for technology within the BT Group, which is essential for supporting business development and ensuring a great customer experience.
