Banca Transilvania is in the Top 100 Most Wanted Employers, according to Catalyst Solutions ' 2021 - 2022 survey published in January 2023.

The survey measures the attractiveness of employers in Romania and provides a picture of public perception of certain attributes of companies, such as: positive impact on society, skilled employees to learn from, attractiveness of the work environment, focus on employee development or support for employees' well-being and life balance.

The tops in which Banca Transilvania ranks:

• The 100 most wanted employers in Romania;
• The most desirable employers according to Generation Z;
• Most wanted employers in cities such as Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Brasov, Constanta;
• Positive impact on society through the work carried out;
• Specialist employees to learn from;
• Friendly and pleasant working atmosphere;
• Focus on employee learning and development;
• Supporting employees' well-being and life balance.

Study methodology:

• Nearly 15,000 respondents from business, social sciences, engineering and IT&C;
• Responses were free, unassisted;
• The Top 100 was based on responses to the question What are the top 5 companies you would like to work for?

Banca Transilvania has almost 10,000 employees, of which about 1,600 joined BT in 2022.
