Banca Transilvania received recognition for its initiatives aimed at the personal and professional development of its team, being awarded at the Prism Award event, organized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Romania), in Bucharest.

Through the Prism Award, ICF Romania aims to recognize and promote organizations that have an organizational culture based on coaching at the highest standards.

Present at the event, Nevenca Doca, Senior Executive Director Human Resources, said the following, on the occasion of receiving the title of Ambassador of Coaching:

We are proud that at the first edition of these awards, organized in our country, the first place was received by Banca Transilvania. Thank you for this recognition. At BT we have a high level of stability among our managers, so that most of them have benefited over the years from numerous and varied development programmes. The natural next step for us was to add other development tools and programmes, including coaching, as a personalised development method, depending on the objective and development needs of each manager. Colleagues who choose to make use of this opportunity choose their own coach from a list provided by the BT Academy after a rigorous selection process.

Due to the bank's focus on building a constructive organisational culture, where employees collaborate with each other and are committed to achieving goals, the headline 2023 at BT was the Year of the Colleague.
