Banca Transilvania was honored for its contribution to the development of the Romanian capital market, during the Capital Market Forum, organized by Financial Intelligence, on September 17, 2025, in Bucharest. The event marked the 30th anniversary of the reopening of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The Banca Transilvania Group was represented by Vlad Pintilie, Deputy Managing Director Trading, BT Capital Partners.

Almost 71,000 shareholders have bought stakes in Banca Transilvania, seeing TLV as an investment opportunity. With the bond issues in recent years, new categories of investors have started to be interested in BT shares and bonds.
