Over 200,000 answers to questions about accounts, products and services at Banca Transilvania were offered to customers by the Robot Livia from BT®,through Facebook Messenger and Skype, this year. The most requested information was about the current account balance, card turnover, IBAN, garnishments and the installments related to BT loans.
