Bank Transilvania's head office in the Polus shopping complex in Cluj-Napoca has been modernized and its surface has been extended. In addition, it is now part of the BT Mall Banking concept, which means modern design, self-banking services, exclusive offers for customers and state-of-the-art technology. 

BT Polus details:

• Self-banking services: the multifunctional machine, which can be used to perform a series of banking operations (cash deposits, withdrawals in lei and currency for individuals, Western Union money transfer and payment of utilities, currency exchange, cash deposits for legal entities and money transfer between accounts); the touch screen allows access to the BT credit simulator; online application to Banca Transilvania's products and services; access to the digital platform "Ask Banca Transilvania", as well as information about the exchange rate or about BT branches and agencies;
• Daily programme: 10 - 19;
• Equipmentconsisted of 9 people.

In Cluj-Napoca, Banca Transilvania has approximately 210,000 clients and over 40 offices, including the Head Office, a location dedicated to Private Banking clients and another one for medical clients.
