Transilvania Bank's clients are increasingly using the BT Express Plus multifunctional ATM for the main self-banking operations, the preference being the cash deposit.

Over 100,000 deposits of money take place every month through BT Express Plus. The increase is 4 times compared to the same period of last year, due to the increasing familiarization of the use of the multifunctional ATM, but also of the expansion of the multifunctional ATM network, which currently includes almost 160, located in 140 offices of the Transilvania Bank in 58 localities. Access to them is non-stop, except for those in malls.

• BT Express Plus simplifies the relationship of customers with the bank, who have the opportunity to perform through self-banking the main banking operations.  
• Operations that can be done through BT Express Plus, in addition to standard ATMs:

             - Cash deposit in RON, in the current or card account, respectively cash deposit in foreign currency, in the current account, by individuals;

             - Cash deposit in the current account in RON or in foreign currency, by companies

             - Currency exchange in cash from euro/dollars to lei

             - Checking the money in the account and withdrawing cash

             - Payment of bills or charging of phone cards

             - Activating the BT card and customizing the PIN

             - Western Union money transfer

• Details about the places where the BT multifunctional ATMs are located are presented on the BT website. Transilvania Bank's clients also have at their disposal the online platform Intreb BT, unique in Romania.
