To have a company, the first three steps can be done online, with the help of Banca Transilvania

From setting up a company, to opening a share capital account and a current account with BT, people who want to enter entrepreneurship can do all these steps online. BT is the only banking institution in Romania that offers entrepreneurs this possibility - 3 steps, all online, to own your own business. 

Banca Transilvania also has a number of online programs and facilities for entrepreneurs, complementary to banking - from courses, question and answer website to chatbot. BT offers these facilities to encourage entrepreneurship and the use of the online environment for entrepreneurial education.

The three online steps to owning your own business with BT:

• Company start-up: through REGnet, partner of Banca Transilvania on BT Store, online hub with complementary banking solutions, entrepreneurs have access to online services for setting up or modifying a company or a PFA, without having to go to the Trade Registry.
• Opening a share capital account, one of the conditions for having your own company: both opening and managing such an account with BT can be done 100% online. Since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 700 share capital accounts have been opened so far, and the main fields of activity of the new companies are: trade, IT&C, construction, transport, hotels and restaurants.
• Opening an entrepreneur account: it can also be done online, through NEOcont, also at Banca Transilvania. Depending on the specifics of the business, entrepreneurs have access to the Free First Year Account, respectively to the Unlimited Account, in variants depending on the number of operations performed each month. The packages contain the basic services an entrepreneur needs: business debit cards, online banking, account alerts, etc. The bank launched NEOcont for entrepreneurs in June this year, one of the priorities for launching digital solutions in the context of the pandemic, and since then more than 100 companies have opened online accounts with BT.

• Chatbot Raul is one of the channels for communicating with entrepreneurs in real time, via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Skype. Of these, the WhatsApp Banking option was launched in May this year. Through the chatbot, information such as IBAN, account balance, cheques and promissory notes can be found instantly, and since the start of the pandemic there have been almost 4,000 unique interactions.
• BT Store offers entrepreneurs access to online business management solutions - invoicing, primary accounting, cashflow management, recruitment, eCommerce solutions, online document generator, web development or financial forecasting. The 15 BT partner companies are: Smart Bill, Blugento, eJobs, Reteaua Privata de Sanatate Regina Maria, Ebriza, ThinkOut, Calendis Business, REGnet, DocAv, iFactor, IT Hit, Termene.ro, CFO App, PrimeDash and Namirial.
• IntrebBT is an online search engine with the help of which you can find out more about Banca Transilvania's products and services, but also about how to proceed in your relationship with the bank, depending on the context. During the state of emergency it was one of the most accessed BT communication channels, with 1 million visitors making over 2.7 million visits.
