Banking by phone for entrepreneurs, through BT Visual Help

Banca Transilvania extends the BT Visual Help self-banking option for corporate customers, so that they can manage their business cards from now on, including by phone.
Through BT Visual Help, if a customer calls the phone number 0264 30 80 28 of the BT Call Center, follows the steps indicated in the recorded message and accesses the link received by SMS, can change the trading limits on the card, can temporarily or permanently block his card or request its reissue. Also, through BT Visual Help the client can receive or send from / to the Call Center team various files during the call with it, which facilitates quick solutions.
Launched at Banca Transilvania in April this year due to the partnership with the CallVU fintech, the option is already available for individual customers. CallVU is one of the international fintechs that BT is working with to launch to deliver new digital experiences to customers. The company offers an omni-channel platform through which customers who call the Call Center team are guided to the digital self-service area.
