Banca Transilvania has 10,000 Private Banking clients

Banca Transilvania has over 10,000 Private Banking customers, and their resources, managed by BT, have reached 2 billion euros. 1 in 3 Private Banking clients BT is from Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca.

The bank's investments in technology have positive effects including in terms of private banking clients: BT has acquired one of the best wealth management solutions, through which you can view the holdings held at the BT Group in a single portfolio sheet. In 2020 the solution will be gradually developed to become as complete an investment management tool as possible.

In Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca there are most private banking BT clients, localities where the bank has two dedicated offices. Private Banking services are also available in other areas of the country, such as Constanta, Brasov, Timisoara and Oradea. Customers have personal bankers, customized products, preferential quotes, as well as Exclusive Phone Banking.  

Banca Transilvania periodically measures the degree of satisfaction of Private Banking customers, including such an analysis is currently underway. According to the latest figures, as of 2018, 90% of those who responded to the questionnaire gave the maximum score to their experience at BT.
