BT Italia apps are unavailable from 30 December, 15.00 - 2 January, 11.00

BT applications cannot be accessed between 30 December, 15.00 - 2 January, 11.00 (or, if you are in Romania: 30 December, 16.00 - 2 January, 12.00) because we are updating our IT systems to provide the best possible service.

• The cards will work for payments at merchants and for cash withdrawals.
• Our recommendation is to make sure that you have money on your card during this period as you will not be able to transfer money (between your own/other accounts), exchange money etc. via any of the bank's apps (e.g. BT24, BT Pay).
