The status of Banca Transilvania &Bancpost's plan for Bancpost's clients with loans in Swiss francs is as follows: 

• BT and Bancpost made public the plan for Bancpost's customers with loans in Swiss francs in early May this year. 18% is the discount for approximately 2,300 clients with eligible loans, who want to convert loans from CHF into RON or EURO. This discount will be applied to the current credit balance by reducing the balance. Details here.
• The offer is addressed to clients who have loans in Swiss francs in balance at Bancpost and whose contracts were part of the bank's portfolio at the time of the acquisition by Banca Transilvania of the majority stake in Bancpost (April 3, 2018)

• BT intended to include in the acquisition of Bancpost including the subject of Bancpost's clients with loans in Swiss francs that were assigned, but the negotiation was not successfully completed (the offers submitted by BT were refused by the seller). For this reason, the offer of BT and Bancpost has no way to address them.

In April this year, Banca Transilvania became the owner of the majority stake held by Eurobank Group in Bancpost, respectively of the shares held in ERB Retail Services IFN and ERB Leasing IFN. Currently, their interaction in the BT Financial Group business is underway, during which Bancpost's clients must continue to address the respective bank.
